Meet Kai Deuker – Mining Analytics Engineer at MTS
Kai Deuker is MTS’s Mining Analytics Engineer, who helps us keep ahead of the digital transformation curve to ensure we can deliver the most cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Since successfully completing his Master’s in Applied Geotechnics with a Mining Operations focus, from the Camborne School of Mines, Kai has amassed practical experience across operations in North, Central, and South America. Having been involved in a variety of global mining projects, he has helped operations achieve their goals through specialist software implementation and data analytics.
Our mission, at MTS, is to make mining simple and Kai helps us achieve this through his heavy involvement in the HRE implementation across various sites, as well as the creation of intuitive data visualization dashboards that enable our clients to draw meaningful insights.
Kai is part of our UK team, based out of Manchester. When he’s not traveling to mine sites or developing dashboards, he’ll usually be out playing basketball, bouldering or trying his hand at photography.
