Meet Jean Marc Mbouma – Lead Software Engineer at MTS
Jean Marc is the lead Software Engineer and Scrum Master at MTS, with more than ten years of expertise in the field. In his capacity as a Software Architect, Jean Marc has designed specifications for software and tools with the aim of reducing system complexity and enhancing client productivity. During his time with MTS, he has worked on a variety of programmes, including the HRE (Haul Road Explorer) and EDI (Equipment Data Interface).
Prior to joining MTS, he also designed and supported software for Instem, as their Senior Software Engineer, and co-founded BidOn Technologies in Ukraine.
Jean Marc hails from beautiful Cameroon and is fluent in 4 languages including English, French and Ukrainian. He may often be seen playing football, whether it be virtually or physically, or spending time with his children when not working from the Halton office in the UK.

Jean Marc has been my mentor and a very good friend for over 10 years. He is highly skilled and does amazingly well at his crafts. I have learnt so much from him over the years and I am proud of him.
