MTS (Mine Tech Services) on the ground in Ghana

It’s been an exciting and productive week for our team on site in Ghana. Together with our local partners, we’ve made some great progress:

✨ 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: First automated drill pattern completed — a big step forward for accuracy and consistency.
✨ 𝗗𝗼𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆: Teams are now pulling data directly from MineStar Terrain, using heat maps to check design vs. actual elevations.
✨ 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀: After resolving a tricky system bug, shovels are now correctly reporting data — giving us reliable insights into load and haul performance for the first time for the site.

Beyond the work, we’ve also had the chance to soak in 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮’𝘀 amazing energy and hospitality — a reminder of how important connection and collaboration are in everything we do.
