MineStar Implementation & Reporting

MTS is supporting a large greenfield site in Ghana with the successful implementation of MineStar technology, workforce readiness, and data visibility tools. We have provided strategic guidance and hands-on support in developing and executing the MineStar implementation plan, while working closely with Mine Operations, OT, OSN, and Mantrac teams to align efforts and build capability across the site.
Our work includes the development of site-specific standard operating procedures, system configuration documentation, and comprehensive training plans. To support the steep learning curve at this new site, we’ve delivered targeted training and in-seat mentoring for operators, supervisors, and technical staff. In parallel, we have developed Power BI dashboards to enhance operational visibility, track progress, and enable data-driven decision-making.
This collaboration is helping the site establish a strong operational foundation, accelerate MineStar adoption, and ensure long-term value from their technology investment.
